'The most exciting thing I've ever done in my life!'
Sean Cunningham (36), Fire-fighter, from Oxfordshire.

A 6 meter climb down the 'Twenty Foot Pot' on a portable caving ladder, is the start of the harder more remote parts of the trip.
Over halfway between the ladder and the sump is Trat's temple, A 7 meter climb up to a superb, decorated chamber.
114 meters underground and 500 meters from daylight, the sump is reached. It is a one meter long and 0.5 high, submerged passage.
The water in the sump is cold, and should only be dived by cavers in a wetsuit.
On the other side of the sump is yet more 'awesome' stream passage.
